Christine Norton, PhD, MA, RN is Professor of Clinical Nursing Research at King’s College London, UK. Until recently she was also Nurse Consultant at St Mark’s Hospital in London. Dr Norton heads an extensive research programme on improving quality of life in people with long-term gastrointestinal conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She is Chief Investigator for a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Programme Grant on improving symptoms of fatigue, pain, and urgency in patients with IBD (IBD-BOOST).
